Claude f445202cb8 Fix goreleaser deprecation warnings
- archives.format → archives.formats (now a list)
- archives.builds → archives.ids (renamed for consistency)
- dockers → dockers_v2 (new consolidated docker config)
- Update Dockerfile to use TARGETPLATFORM build arg
